Completed in 1983, the Victoria Shoppesville edifice has withstood the test of time; and is now an acknowldeged Baguio landmark, right in the heart of the city's Central Business District. This project is actually a seven-storey building: with four floors along Mabini Street and three basement levels with optional exit to Jacinto Street at the rear.
Having survived the 1990 killer earthquake unscathed, its sturdy design has proven invaluable to the Owners. Until today, the premises continues to be an example of functional practicality in design and dependability in use.
