The large function room, now called the Margarita Hall, at the Second Floor is linked by a concrete bridgeway to the entrance located at the adjoining Phase One.
In addition to ancillary service areas, additional parking facilities are made available. Likewise, a swimming pool is provided in the adjoining grounds which serves as additional "come-on" to the hotel during the summer months.
