Situated on a choice location right along the municipality's main route, the project lies on a spacious 5,258 square meter plot. A generous amount of earth fill was required to elevate the site by about 1.5 meters from the natural ground. Standard metal grilles of 16 mm square bars were used for the front fences which included the pedestrian and vehicular gates.
A standard S-230-17 chapel with a congregation seating capacity of 230 persons and 17 teaching locations was used. This building type is intended to become a stake center, to serve a larger number of LDS members. This building development involves an area of 860 square meter—which include both chapel and classroom wings, plus their entry/foyer.
