Virginia Commercial Building

RGC&A was comissioned for this project in 2003. Owners shelved the project, hopeful for a better investment climate before doing the implementation.

We created the concept of three "middle levels" as the core theme for the conceptual design. This meant the maximization of the high pedestrian potential originating from Session Road, and making possible the option of entering the building from the said three entrance levels.

A distinctive avante-garde facade was chosen from among the several schemes presented to the owners. With the effective consolidation of its various design elements, this project is destined to become a prominent landmark at its pretigious location.
