Situated on a rather far-off drive from the heart of Paoay town, the project lies on a good 4,000 square meter plot. A large amount of earth fill was required to elevate the site by about 1.5 meters above the natural ground. Standard metal grilles of 16 mm square bars were used for the front fences which included the pedestrian and vehicular gates.
A standard S-170MR-13 chapel with a congregation seating capacity of 170 persons and 13 teaching locations was used. This building development involves an area of 468 square meters—which includes both chapel and classroom wings, plus their entry/foyer. This chapel façade that features a 6 meter high fiberglass spire resting on a roof pedestal.
