Located on a piece of prime real estate in the City of San Fernando, the project sits on a generous 5,464 square meter plot. The site needed very little earth fill, as its natural elevation is well above the adjoining road. This project deployed the standard fence grille on the front and right sides; full height wall fences were used at rear and on the left side.
A standard S-170-13 chapel with a chapel seating capacity of 170 persons and 13 teaching locations was used. This design has an area of 600 square meters—which includes both chapel and classroom wings. A Church Educational System (CES), which are seminary facilities, was annexed during the process of completing this project.
