Situated on a choice location very close to the poblacion, the project lies on a generous 3,655 square meter plot. A moderate amount of earth fill was required to elevate the site by about 500 mm from the adjoining road. Standard metal grilles of 16 mm square bars have been used at the front fence and gates; 1.6 m high solid fences have been used for the remaining fences at sides and rear.
A standard S-170-13 chapel with a chapel seating capacity of 170 persons and 13 teaching locations was used. Thid building development involves an area of 640 square meters—which includes both chapel and classroom wings, plus their entry/foyer. A three-level pumphouse with an integrated area of 27 square meters was included as ancillary facility for the development.
