Our design for the Baguio Masonic Temple was submitted in 2015, in response to the request of the local Masonic Leaders. For possible use by willing investors as a joint venture project.
This project integrates the following.

Second Floor : Ten Rentable Spaces, TR, Men and Women CRs, Corridors, Atrium, Elevator with Lobby, and two Stairs.
Third Floor : Five Hotel rooms with T&B; two Family rooms with T&B; Men's Dorms with T&B, Women's Dorms with T&B, Linen room, TR, Corridors, Atrium, Elevator with Lobby, and two Stairs
Fourth Floor : Masonic Lodge, Preparation room, Ante room, four Office rooms, Men and Women CRs, Corridors, Atrium, Elevator with Lobby, and two Stairs.
Roof Deck : Fellowship - Dining Area, Shaded Walkway, Green Roof & Gardens; Reflecting Pool, Executive Suite with Private Access, Elevator with Entrance Loggia, and two Stairs.
