This project was participated in by RGC&A Consulting Architect Renato Bautista, while in practice as Principal Architect for R.S.Bautista and Partners in 2002-2003.
Architect Bautista undertook the design of the project, starting from initial conceptualization, design development, and the contract documents phase. The project was bidded out, as part of the mandate of the BGHMC system; with Royson Company Incorporated (Manila) as the winning contractor.
This project was a four-storey building with facilities that included 48 private rooms with complete facilities and 12 ward rooms. Anciliary facilities such as nurses stations, doctors’ facilities, clinical and storage amenities were likewise incorporated.
